The point-of-sale system where orders are recorded, payments processed, and invoices generated.


A POS (Point of Sale) system is the operational core of a retail or restaurant business: it records orders, manages inventory, processes payments, and generates invoices and reports. In restaurants the POS often connects to kitchen printers and shift-management systems too.

For an order from a digital menu to flow straight to the POS and kitchen, you need a POS integration or a solution that works alongside the POS.
