About Hopa
It started with business cards. It turned into a whole ecosystem.
Hopa was founded by two entrepreneurs from e-commerce and digital marketing. Both lived in a world where every click was tracked - and neither could accept that physical businesses were flying blind.
The customer walked in, ordered, and left. You never really knew them.
In the digital world, every click is measured. Every user who visits, every ad seen, every purchase - logged, tracked, visualized on a nice dashboard. In the physical world? The customer walks in, orders, eats, pays, leaves - and the business owner has no real way to know who they are, what they liked, or how to bring them back.
We spotted that gap and built on it. We started with small NFC business cards - then realized the tool could bridge far more than that. A live menu on a restaurant table, a digital profile that updates itself, orders flowing straight to the kitchen - all without an app, without complex integrations, without replacing the systems a business already has.
Today Hopa works with businesses across Israel and worldwide. Our mission hasn't changed since day one: make digitizing a physical business simple, profitable, and annoyingly easy for the person standing behind the counter.
How we got here.
- 2021-2022
It started with the business card
Hopa began as a digital business-card app. One tap on a phone and all your contact details transfer - no reprinting. Even then, we fell for the idea of connecting the physical to the digital in a single tap.
- 2022-2023
Adding profiles and menus
We realized the story was bigger than a business card. We added a full digital business profile and a digital menu, so any business could show itself, its dishes, and its services - all in one place.
- 2023-today
A full system for the business
Since then we've only sharpened it. Advanced menu and ordering, a smart digital profile with a business CRM, payments and analytics - one end-to-end system on independent infrastructure, with no complicated integrations.
