POS Integration

A technical connection between an external system (like a digital menu) and the POS, so a digitally received order is automatically recorded in the POS.

A POS integration is the bridge that moves a digitally received order - say from table self-ordering - directly to the POS system with no double-entry. The order registers, prints in the kitchen, and the invoice generates automatically.

Israel has many POS systems, each with its own connection API. When a direct integration isn't available for a specific POS, there are solutions that work alongside it and still let the business accept digital orders.
